1. Why did my credit card payment fail?

Bank rejected/Transaction was rejected by the bank. /Rejected by the issuing bank:

Insufficient funds: Please ensure that your account has sufficient order funds, our website only accepts US dollars.

Your bank may charge you international exchange rates, so please make sure that the amount in your account is greater than the total amount of your order.

 4. How long can I receive the jersey?

After receiving the payment, we will ship the goods within 3 days.

Aramex delivery: 7-12 days

Epacket/China Post Delivery: 10-55 days

EMS: 7-20 days

 5. How do I know the status of my order?

After sending the jersey, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to check your order online.

 6. Can I use the washing machine to wash the jerseys?

If your jersey does not have any name, number or patch, you can wash it in the washing machine.

If your jersey has a name, number and patch, you cannot wash it in a washing machine, please wash it by hand.

Otherwise, we will not accept any jersey name and patch issues.

 7. Can I order one as a sample?

Yes, you are welcome to order one before placing a bulk order. We will deliver the jersey directly to your door by air freight,

But you need to pay for shipping.

 8. How can I return defective items?

When the item you receive does not match the description or you are not satisfied with the jersey, we will resend it or refund it in full.

After receiving the goods, we will resend or refund. It must be noted within 3 days of receipt.

You must contact us before returning any items. We will not refund the shipping cost, nor will we return the shipping cost to me.

 9. What if my order does not arrive?

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us. Items may be lost in transit. We will resend a new package for free

10. What should I do if I lose an item or receive a defective or incorrect item?

 12. How can I change my order?

13. Parcels seized by customs

14. How to your maintain your jersey? 

1. Many details of the jersey and shorts are printed by heat transfer printing and we suggest you wash the jersey and shorts by hand,

because machine wash could damage the details. If you insist on machine wash, please turn the jersey inside out first.

2. Please do not wash the printed or stamped area too hard, and avoid exposing the jersey and shorts in the sun for a long time.

Besides, please hang up the jersey when you don't wear it.

3. If the letter/number falls off, please put the jersey flat and cover the letter/number with a clean & non-stick paper,

and iron it with 150 °C (302 °F) for 7-8 seconds. If it doesn't work, please iron again.

Attention: Please do not iron the printed area directly

15. What do if your package shows as delivered but you cant find it

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Within 36 hours of expected delivery

• Verify the shipping address

• Look for a notice of attempted delivery

• Look around the delivery location for your package

• See if someone else accepted the delivery

• Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

o Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

16. Fans Version and Player Version

We have 2 version of our soccer shirt, one is Fans Version another is Player Version.

Fans Version

It is Normal size , Most of the team logo of the shirt is embroidery.

Player Version

It is slim cut , tighter & samller than Fans Version, some team logo and patch is printed, what's more,

normally it will with 2 line holes on both side .
