Ronaldo's agent rules out Portugal return for Juventus star Goal

Oct 19, 2021
The former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker is tied to the dramatic return of his boyhood
According to his agent Jorge Mendes (Jorge Mendes), Cristiano Ronaldo has no plans to return to Sporting CP this summer.

The 36-year-old Juventus’s future is becoming increasingly uncertain as people speculate that the summer’s move is coming as he prepares to enter the final 12 months of his contract in Turin.

Some speculations suggest that the forward may return to his childhood club Sporting dramatically, although Mendes has acted quickly to quell these claims.
It was Ronaldo's mother, Dolores Aveiro (Dolores Aveiro) who fueled the rumors about returning to sports earlier this week.

When supporters celebrated Sporting’s first La Liga title since 2002, she talked to supporters about her son’s future on the balcony. She said: “I will talk to him and bring him back. He will be in sports next year. The stadium Alvalade kicks the ball."

However, even Ronaldo's mother seems unable to persuade the striker to return to his hometown, even if he has previously expressed his willingness to end his career there.

In response to the rumors, Mendes said: "Cristiano is proud of the title won by sports, in fact, as he has publicly proven. But currently, his career has not spread throughout Portugal."
Although it seems unlikely that he will return to sports, Ronaldo's future at Juventus is still uncertain.

He can hardly be regarded as a failure when he is turning. He won the back-to-back Serie A championship and last week he became the fastest player in club history to score 100 goals
However, this season, the Inter Milan team has given up their title. They were eliminated in the UEFA Champions League again early, facing a real battle, and even qualified to participate in the next season, because they are currently only ranked Fifth, there are two games left.

This uncertainty means that as one of the club's highest paid players, Ronaldo may survive the summer of change.

Even at the age of 36, there are still many clubs keen to sign the Portuguese striker, often discussing the return of Manchester United and Real Madrid.

Ronaldo has hinted in the past that MLS may attract him, and if Ronaldo chooses to move on, the wealthy side of the Middle East may also participate in the bidding.
